Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Reporting to: Finance & Administrative Officer
Duty station: Garissa
Contract duration: Asap – One year.

Main task and responsibilities:
Daily update of the accountancy according to the project activities and FAM’s needs in a Cash book.
Making payments when requested by the teams.
Verify that all the receipts/invoices are correctly filled and they are eligible for Tdh accountancy (indicating: date, details of the supplier, clearly written the amount with the stamp PAID)
Archive all the relevant administrative and accountancy documentation in the proper way indicated by the FAM and according to Tdh procedures.
Manage the cash box of the office, under the supervision of the FAM. The FAM and the Base team leader have the right to verify randomly the cashbox balance
Do monthly cash inventory and reconciliation check with FAM.
Prepare, collect, check and send attendance sheets signed by the staff based in the field to FAM.
Work as liaison between staff and FAM and Base team leader in order to smooth any problem and maintain a high standard of HR management.
Support the Logistics Department in filling the yearly office assets inventory
Regularly check the correct filling of the vehicle log book
Provide weekly admin, HR & finance report to the FAM
Ensure and facilitate the communication and information sharing within the team and the departments, and contribute to the team responsibilities.
Work in close collaboration with other team members.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma-level education in Business administration or Accounting management.
